Most of the 30-day challenge ideas listed below can be undertaken consecutively for 30 days, such as meditating for 20 minutes daily or waking up at 5 a.m.
To avoid repetition, I’ve left out “every day” from the list, but you get the idea.
Note: Fasting for 30 days straight isn’t recommended! You can tweak this challenge idea by fasting one or two days per week for the next 30 days or by practising intermittent fasting for 30 days.
